Three ways to move, one intention

Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates and Sculpt. Different energies, the same philosophy: arrive as you are, breathe deeply, move with intention, and leave feeling more like yourself.

Heat · Breath · Release

Hot Yoga

A warm room, a steady breath, and a flow that gives your mind somewhere soft to land. Heat opens tight hips and shoulders so your body can move the way it wants to, while the breath keeps you here — one posture, one inhale at a time. You leave sweaty, spacious, and noticeably calmer than you walked in.

Good for

  • Releasing tension you have been carrying in your neck, hips and shoulders
  • Quieting a busy mind and coming back to your breath
  • Building flexibility and mobility without impact on your joints
  • Your very first yoga class — every posture is cued from the ground up

Core · Control · Intention

Hot Pilates

Mat pilates in a warm room: low impact, high awareness. Small, intentional movements wake up your core, deep stabilisers and posture, with enough time and cueing to actually feel what each one is doing. It is strength built through attention rather than force.

Good for

  • Deep core strength and better posture after long hours at a desk
  • Easing back into movement after a break, injury or busy season
  • Learning to move with control and connect breath to effort
  • Balancing out running, lifting or high-intensity training

Strength · Energy · Confidence

Sculpt

Light weights, resistance and rhythm, layered over pilates-inspired movement. Sculpt is our most energising class: you work, you sweat, you finish with a long stretch and slow breathing so your nervous system comes down with you. Strong body, settled mind.

Good for

  • Building full-body strength and stamina in a supportive room
  • Anyone who wants energy and rhythm alongside mindful movement
  • Feeling capable and confident in your own body
  • Mixing with hot yoga for a balanced week of strength and release

What to bring

Nothing you need to buy first. Bring the basics, and we will look after the rest.

  • Water, and more of it than you think. The room is warm and hydration is part of the practice.
  • A towel for your mat and a small one for your face.
  • Clothing you can sweat and move freely in.
  • Grip socks or bare feet for hot pilates and sculpt. Both work.
  • Your own mat if you love it, though mats are available in the studio.
  • An open mind and about ten minutes of quiet before class starts.
